Ingredients

  1. 3 large carrots juiced
  2. 1 large mango cut and juiced (or placed in the smoothie directly)
  3. Handful of blueberries plus more for garnish
  4. 1 cup frozen or fresh strawberries (frozen give a better consistency)
  5. 1 frozen banana
  6. 2 tbs hemp protein (purchase from amazon or local health food store, or GNC).
  7. 1 tbs raw honey
  8. 1/2 cup water (you may need extra to help blend)
  9. handful of ice
  10. 2 tbs goji berries + more for garnish
  11. unsweetened shredded coconut for garnish

Directions

Blend together and serve! :)
