- 1/2 cup oats, 1 tsp baking powder, stevia, 1/2 cup egg whites, strawberries
- Protein Frosting- 1/2 scoop of protein powder ( I use sunwarrior vanilla ) 1 tbsp almond butter, little liquid ( milk or water ) and mix all together!
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients listed above, ( protein frosting in separate bowl ) spray a skillet with non-stick spray and pour mixture into skillet. Flip after about 2 minutes and then cook on other side until done! Top with protein frosting and enjoy! I also add maple syrup as well and sprinkles of granola!
