A 3 ingredient recipe!
- 1/2 jar Peanut Butter
- 3/4 cup blueberry brown rice syrup (or plain rice syrup with blueberries mixed in)
- 1 box plain multigrain cereal (about 4 cups) like Uncle Sam
Melt PB over low heat, stirring constantly. Add brown rice syrup and cereal. Press into a greased 8x8 pan. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Allow to cool COMPLETELY (put in fridge) before flipping over and cutting into squares.
