Valentine's Dinner

I bought the crust at Trader's Joe and topped it with mozzarella, bell peppers, spinach, tomatoes, a sprinkle of red sauce and arugula pesto.

Wild arugula with blood oranges, fresh roasted chioggia beets and citrus champagne vinegar.

I happened across the latest issue of Bon Appetit with a cover recipe for the best ever brownies. My chocoholic was skeptical but as it turned out they are really quite delicious. The recipe called for walnuts, I only had toasted hazelnuts on hand!
