Adorable Peeps Bunny Soap For Spring

Cute Alert: Check Out These Adorable Peeps

Spring has sprung, and with it comes that most delectable of seasonal confections, the Peeps bunny. As a vegan, I'm not inclined to eat the real thing, but these Peep soaps ($12) make a nice substitute. They're hand painted, covered in sparkles, and come in three Peeps-accurate colors. An adorable way to be nostalgic without actually consuming a ton of gelatin and high fructose corn syrup (delicious as they are).

Yay for vegetarians! It is pretty intimidating, but I just loved marshmallows too much not to try. I think the trickiest part is getting the temperature right. SO GOOD though... even though my batch looked like a 5 year old plowed through it with a fork lol... it's pretty darn sticky! I followed this recipe: http://www.grouprecipes.com/57643/vegan-marshmallows-yes-you-heard-right.html

How did that go, Cara? Miriam is vegan and I'm vegetarian. Making veggie marshmallows always sounds kinda intimidating. Easy?

LOL I LOVE THESE! I have a Peep pillow myself...and as a former vegan, I totally get it. I even tried making my own veganized marshmallows! :P
