What might be the fanciest drugstore launch of 2017 [2] is also shaping up to be the most patriotic. Balmain x L'Oréal, which reports to duty (and drugstores) in September, is taking fashion's camo craze [3] and bringing it north toward our lips in the most adorable way.
A tease of four new desert-toned hues will paradoxically give you life while also reminding you of fatigues. We can't help but feel like Cadet Kelly would totally love this new look, especially the khaki Balmain Instinct. It's not hard to see why the brand dubbed this hue its "star shade," but it brings some pretty impressive backup.
There's the bronze-orange Fever, which is hot enough to give you one. The neutral brown Glamazone and beige Urban Safari are so gorgeous, you might never want to wear a bold lip all Fall.
