I am BIG on customer service. Thanks so much for sharing your experiences. Many merchants need to realize WE are why THEY are. I refuse to be treated like schit and I won't patronize businesses like this, NO matter how great the prouct or inexpensive.

Wow, good to know about the customer service issues. I like a lot of Stila's products but I think the brand has changed a lot since Jeanine Lobell sold it.

Beware of these sales!!! They canceled my order without reason, and I asked their customer service what happened. (see blog) I ordered something from Sephora with the same card and they delivered a week later. Stila said they would look into it and never got back to me. I called once and they ignored me again. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I don't think I've ever been treated so badly, and they were supposed to be Christmas presents too :( I will never order from them again, no matter how cheap the merchandise is on sale. It's not worth it if the company doesn't care about its customers when something goes wrong. I'm not saying don't buy from them, but just be aware that if something goes wrong, they won't take care of you at all.

I ordered a couple of things last time and then I got an email yesterday telling me they were having ANOTHER sale! They have even more stuff this time... I'm sure I'll get something!

I ordered the first time around and had a terrible time with it. One item went out of stock after I'd paid for it, and another was broken when it arrived. I shot their customer service address with an email and received no reply.

I ordered the minute I got the email, wasn't going to make the mistake of missing out by waiting like I did with the Becca sale at Sephora, still sad about that!
