Best of 2008: Vote Now For the Best Foundation

The election may be behind us, but it's time to vote once again. It's your chance to tell us what you're most excited about in Sugar's Best of 2008 series.

So when it comes to foundation, which brand does it right by deemphasizing flaws (not that you have any) while evening out your skin tone? Which brand transforms you My Fair Lady-style — from filthy street urchin to high-class society lady with the sweep of your fingers?

OK, I exaggerate a bit. I guess I'm just a fan of any and all makeover-type flicks. Time to choose your favorite from the list below; I'll share my pick later.

I've never had chance to try those mineral products. Since, my skin is very sensitive, I need foundations with good coverage. Don't mineral products usually have light to medium coverage? Bella, if you haven't yet, is it possible to do a post on mineral products and educate people like me who stick by the good old liquid foundations?

I cannot believe BeneFit is not on here! I recently started using their products and they are amazing! I use the concealer stick as foundation; it's so smooth! I like Bare Escentuals too, especially their powder...

Everyday Minerals -- luckily I'm located in Texas so shipping takes like 2 days after the purchase. They are much cheaper than BE and do not contain Bismuth :)

I'm still looking for the perfect foundation. My skin is really fair. I'm going to have to try the Loreal True Blend in Alabaster like two others have said because that seems like it would work for me too.

Estee Lauder Double Wear Stay in Place makeup - I have so many foundations, but this one I go to every time for a perfect finish! I even have dark spots that it evens out, dry skin that it moisturizes, and it always looks perfectly dewy without the oily look. Perfect!!
