We've been known to get completely swept up in the YouTube tutorial vortex (hours literally disappear), but our new favorite character is actually Instagram and Snapchat famous. Bretman Rock is a 16-year-old makeup genius and comedian. Watching his strobing and contouring videos [1] had tears streaming down our faces.
