Cameron Diaz Golden Globes Makeup Tutorial

Get Cameron Diaz's Golden Globes Look

For the Golden Globes, makeup artist Robin Fredriksz created a bold look for Cameron that centered on a great red lip.

To create a look that was attention-grabbing but not overdone, she kept Cameron's eyes light and sunny. She used the gold shadow from the Chanel Quadra Eye Shadow in Mystic Eyes in the outer corner of Cameron’s lids and crease and then applied the darker peach and gold mixed together from Chanel Quadra Eye Shadow Quad in Demure on her lids. Robin lined Cam's eyes with Chanel Precision Eye Definer in Khaki Dore and finished with black mascara. On her lips, Cameron wore Chanel Rouge Allure Laque in Dragon; it's a glossy lipstick, if that makes sense, and it looks best with a big smile.

I wish she'd lose the red lipstick. I have yet to see it work for her. She looks better with a natural, beachy look. So does Drew B, but Drew has found workable red shades.

Yeah, I wouldn't want this look...

She looks washed out... that shade of red doesn't suit her skin tone.
