Halsey is a true beauty trendsetter [1]. Halsey stepped out on the red carpet sporting a chic, gelled pixie cut that beautifully highlighted her bone structure. Except for a glimmering sweep of illuminator, her makeup was very understated, with soft bronze tones on her eyes and a Kylie Lip Kit [4]-esque terracotta rose pout.
