Halsey [1] arrived at the VMAs red carpet with a hair color we didn't see coming. The singer's long black hair was styled by Florido [2] for Dove Hair, and featured a rainbow part that started with purple toward her face and faded to red at the back of her head. While Halsey has tried out many hair colors [3] in the past and has even dyed her bangs into a rainbow [4], we've never see her with colorful roots before.
