How Often Do You Play With Your Hair?

I was watching a replay of The Hills over the weekend and I couldn't help but notice how often LC plays with her hair. Don't get me wrong, I think she's a kick-ass gal, but man, that habit has got to go.

Constant fidgeting with your hair often is a sign of insecurity. I'm willing to bet that she's not even aware of how often she's doing it. Have you even stopped to analyze how many times you twist, curl, flip, smooth or secure your hair behind your ears? If so, how many times do you think you subconsciously primp a day?

I'm playing in it right now. My parents tell me I've done it since I was a baby. And I'm hardly insecure. I just love my hair!

Too much! It's very thick and it's finally past my shoulders but I'm constantly putting behind my ears, then realising that makes my hair curl so pulling it back out, then fiddling with it some more

I don't play with my hair. It's always up in a ponytail or clip when it's hot!

Since taking meds that actually help my hair grow. I play with my hair ALL the time. Because I kept it up and now I often leave it down. My hair though has gone from shoulder length never growing to shoulder blade. SO i am so happy that I keep playing with it to remind myself it is real

i have super curly hair and gels always flake up so i have to use curl cream (bumble and bumble makes the best one btw!) and i HAVE to twist my hair to get the product to do its job. my mom is convinced that my hair is going to fall out like yesterday. ha.

I have a nervous habit of twirling or "twidling" my hair. I have been doing it since I was little and I wish I could stop!

I play with my hair too much! I'm totally guilty of always Twirling it, knotting it, etc... I'm constantly moving my hair around when I'm out. For some reason, I do it more when I straighten it.

I play with my hair all the time for so many different reasons. I hate when my hair falls in my face. So I'm always brushing it outta my face...even when it's not in my face! And I twirl it when I'm thinking/focusing really hard on something or when I'm daydreaming. :)

Sounds weird, but I have a nervous habit of holding a piece of hair in my mouth....don't ask. Sounds like something a kid does I know.

I tuck behind my ears for the sole purpose of keeping it out of my face, not to play with it. I cannot handle hairs tickling my nose. Beyond that, I rarely touch it. It takes too long to get it sprayed right, I'm not going to mess with that. Once I'm ready for bed and in for the night, I tend to curl a piece around my finger while I read, though.
