 @the3walcks Yogurt! That makes sense. But please be careful if you go out in the sun! Don't want you getting any more sun sickness.

Being a red head I am a expert on sun burn. So far I have had sun poisoning 3 times this year!  Also 2 of my meds make me even more sensitive. Like said on the video, if you have blisters or something that looks like bumps and a rash, go to the doctor because it is sun poisoning. I am always perscribed silvadine cream, ask the doctor for this because it is heaven sent. You can use aloe it is good. I just found out too that you can get plain yogurt and rub a thin layer of that on a couple times a day and because if the live cultures it helps very very much. Almost as good as the silvadine. Here in Ireland yogurt is usualy the first thing they put on their sunburn.  So we have silvadine #1  I say the yogurt is a close #2 along with aloe.  I can put a whole can of sunscreen on and I will still burn to a crisp!
