What We're Sweet On: Brightening Shampoo That Smells Like a Dream

Move over, beauty products that are scented to sickeningly sweet levels. Klorane's Centaury Extract Shampoo ($13) smells like a lush field of flowers sans the headache-inducing effects. While it's actually a shampoo to help brighten gray and white hair, I — a brunette with just a few grays here and there — had no qualms about using it to enhance my natural color overall. Sweet with a floral undertone reminiscent of honeysuckle, this hair cleanser gently washes while giving strands a subtle dose of volume. Hair is left soft, lightly conditioned, and shiny. If only all hair products could smell this divine.
