Mocked up a Spring collection inspired by La La Land [1] from MakeupAddiction [2]

La La Land has become a mega hit and has inspired many people to follow their own artistic passions. Unsurprisingly, there's a ton of La La Land fan art [3] out there, and one movie-lover went so far as to dream up her own makeup collection featuring themes from the film. Reddit user Spellsandstars [4] posted a photoshop illustration of her original designs for what this fictional lineup might look like. We're both obsessed with the three-piece assortment and frustrated by it, as we wish it really existed so we could run out and purchase it immediately.

The gorgeous eye shadow palette is encased in black, star-studded packaging complete with a piano clasp. The colors inside mimic the bright dresses Emma Stone's character wears with her friends as they dance around her apartment. There's even a highlighting blush with matching black casing. No La La Land collection could be complete, though, without a bright red lipstick, and the Reddit user designed a rose-gold tube with stars engraved on the side.

Although there are no plans to create this collection at the moment, we have our fingers crossed that La La Land-themed makeup is in our immediate future.
