London's Tobacco Dock recently played host to the Lush Summit, an opportunity for Lush staff, hardcore fans, and press to come together to discover more about what goes on behind the scenes of the beloved British beauty brand. The Summit's main theme was activism, but among exhibits from the many causes and grassroots groups that the company supports, were a whole host of exclusive products, new launches, and exciting developments from the company. We saw gooey jelly bath bombs, exciting reformulations, brand new creations, and gifts for Easter, Mother's Day and Father's Day.

While not everything we saw at the Summit will be hitting your local store, there's a lot to get excited about. Go behind the scenes now as we bring you all the new Spring launches for North America, plus a peek at what may be to come in the future, courtesy of those Summit exclusive treats. If you thought the Valentine's Day products were good, you ain't seen nothing yet!

Flopsy Face Wash Jelly

Flopsy Face Wash Jelly

Has cleansing ever been cuter? Flopsy is a wobbly bunny-shaped jelly treat with carrot (of course!), lemon, and bergamot oils. The bunny face comes coiled up in a tub: either break a piece off and massage into damp skin, or wipe the whole thing over your face. If you tried Papa Noel at Christmas, you'll know the deal, but this has been reformulated so it doesn't fall apart as easily.

Wash Behind Your Ears Shower Gel

Wash Behind Your Ears Shower Gel

Carrot is also a key part of this Easter-themed shower gel, which also contains three big Lush favorites: rose, neroli, and jasmine. It's fresh and floral and perfect for Spring.

Chocolate Lip Scrub

Chocolate Lip Scrub

Ditching the chocolate eggs this year? Reach for this new lip scrub instead, which smells exactly like your favorite Easter treat. There's real dark chocolate in here, along with plenty of other sweet treats, like vanilla absolute, cocoa powder, and, of course, plenty of sugar to keep your lips smooth and soft.

Baa Bar Bubble Bar

Baa Bar Bubble Bar

Lavender and clove nestle within this soothing sheep-shaped bubble bar, which is part of the Mother's Day collection. Crumble under running water to release soothing bubbles. Ewe won't regret it (groan).

Elsie the Giraffe (You're Havin' a Bath) Bubble Bar

Elsie the Giraffe (You're Havin' a Bath) Bubble Bar

Elsie's a reusable bubble bar you hold under a running tap and swish in the water. You'll get a blast of bright citrus bubbles with plenty of lemon and lime fragrance. Keep her safe and she should last a good few soaks.

Mum Bath Bomb

Mum Bath Bomb

Available in two color options, this is (unsurprisingly) a Mother's Day treat, filled with lemon and orange oil, and a scent that's supposed to be reminiscent of fresh laundry.

Your Mother Should Know Bubble Bar

Your Mother Should Know Bubble Bar

With its '60s-style flower and Beatles-inspired name, there's no surprise that this bubble bar throws it back to the days of flower power, with a scent combining rosewood with neroli and grapefruit. If your mom was a bit of a hippie back in the day, this one's for her!

Sunrise Soap

Sunrise Soap

It's back! This winner from last year returns in all its bright, citrus glory. In stores, it comes in a huge planet-shaped dome. Hopefully your chunk will be a bit easier to use with one hand.

Scrubee Body Butter

Scrubee Body Butter

Fans of Buffy the Backside Slayer will love this cute new in-shower body butter with hidden scrubby stripes. The exfoliation power comes from ground coconut shells, while the cocoa butter base is amped up with honey, bergamot oil, and Brazilian orange oil. This little bug packs a serious punch!

Honey Lip Scrub

Honey Lip Scrub

If chocolate isn't really your thing, this alternative sweet scrub has a secret weapon to go with its honey base: peppermint! The result is a cooling and refreshing sensation as you slough away dead skin on your lips. Anyone who's obsessed with matte lipstick should stash one of these in their bag.

Yummy Mummy Shower Cream

Yummy Mummy Shower Cream

Described as "a hug in a bottle," we've found a replacement for anyone who's currently finishing up that Christmas bottle of Snow Fairy. This warm and sweet shower cream has what Lush calls a "nostalgic floral fragrance," but we got a serious sweet hit that reminded us of fondant icing.

Pink Custard Shower Jelly

Pink Custard Shower Jelly

Paying homage to the classic British dessert of jelly and custard (that's Jell-o to the rest of us!) this fun shower jelly also has lavender and tonka to add extra comforting warmth.

Golden Egg Bath Melt

Golden Egg Bath Melt

We're holding out for this serious glitter bomb packed with bergamot and orange oil. It's worth the inevitable bathtub cleanup that comes afterwards!

Golden Egg Bath Melt ($9)

Bunch of Carrots Bubble Bar

Bunch of Carrots Bubble Bar

Lush went big on the carrot theme for Easter, particularly with this reusable bubble bar trio of tropical-scented carrots, which everyone was snapping at the Summit. Too cute to use? It's never stopped us before!

Bunch of Carrots Bubble Bar ($13)

Chick 'n' Mix Bath Bomb

Chick 'n' Mix Bath Bomb

A three-part Bath Bomb that looks like a cross between and egg and Ike from South Park, this is worth crossing fingers for.

Chick 'n' Mix Bath Bomb ($11)

Plum Rain, Metamorphosis, and Groovy Kind of Love

Plum Rain, Metamorphosis, and Groovy Kind of Love

The Lush Summit featured all kinds of exclusive and special products, including Kitchen exclusives, special editions, international launches, Oxford Street exclusives, and experimental products you won't find in your local store.

The Metamorphosis bath both was first seen at last year's Lush Creative Showcase, and it's inspired by the life story of photographer and artist Hal Samples (who's also the muse for the latest Gorilla Perfumes project). The outside is a gray architecture-inspired textured bath bomb. Inside, you'll find a colorful surprise, which is meant to signify a new era.

Groovy Kind of Love was created for the Summit, a rainbow bath bomb that fizzes all kinds of colors across your bath tub.

Finally, Plum Rain is a tart berry shower gel that reminds us of the very best '90s scents (we can't be the only people who had Dewberry everything?).

Rose Jam and Love Body Sprays

Rose Jam and Love Body Sprays

Two much-loved fragrances, Rose Jam and Love, have been reformulated into diluted body sprays, perfect for liberal spritzing if you find an eau de parfum too strong. Love is an old scent from the archive, having originally been created for the now-defunct sister store, B Never Too Busy to Be Beautiful. If you like spicy, cinnamon-rich apple pie, you will love it, no pun intended!

Ro's Argan Gourmet Soap

Ro's Argan Gourmet Soap

Rowena Bird, Lush founder and the "Ro" in the original Ro's Argan Body Conditioner, told us she is super excited about this moisturizing soap, which has the same scent as the original Ro's Argan, and allows fans to layer up not only on fragrance, but on moisture too. Lush has found a way to add more conditioning ingredients (in this case, argan oil) into soap bases to create a soft, almost bouncy chunk of soap that feels like a dream. You may have heard about this before, but the final version is one of our favorite Summit discoveries.

Ectoplasm Bath Bomb

Ectoplasm Bath Bomb

News of a jelly bath bomb spread like wildfire throughout the Summit, and when we finally found it, we weren't disappointed. This is Lush at its most bonkers. When this purple and white half moon is thrown in the bath, as well as gently fizzing, it disperses a jelly-like substance through the water, which feels a bit weird (given the name, we couldn't help thinking of the slime in Ghostbusters) but leaves skin feeling incredible. If this one hits stores, it could be an amazing way to get kids excited about bath time!

Jelly Face Masks

Jelly Face Masks

Jelly is definitely the ingredient of 2017 at Lush! As well as a bunny cleanser and a new bath bomb, we have these new face masks to look out for in the future. Break off a chunk and spread over the skin; it'll warm up and melt into a mask. The jelly allows the mask to "set" slightly as it dries, and when you rinse off you'll notice how clean and soft the skin feels.

New and Improved Hair Treatments

New and Improved Hair Treatments

The hair treatments are getting a makeover! As Lush continues in its quest to make as many products as possible self-preserving, hair treatments will no longer come in a pot, but will instead be sold as hot oil treatments you make up at home. Dip the lollipop-like solid hair oil into a mug of boiling water, and stir until it dissolves. As the water cools and the oil disperses, you'll create a thick, unctuous treatment that can be applied to the hair just like the old hair masks. Old favorites like Marilyn remain, and there'll be some newbies too, including one called "Yuge." No prizes for guessing who inspired that name!

Father's Day Products

Father's Day Products

To go with the Mother's Day launches for Spring, the Summit also gave us a peek at a number of Father's Day products. June may be a long way away, but get excited for Stairway to Heaven soap, which has the same violet scent as the much-loved Daddy-O shampoo.

Dad Bath Bomb

Dad Bath Bomb

Of course there's a Dad bath bomb to match the Mom one!
