Fall is officially here, with PSL makeup [3], darker nail colors [4], and — best of all — Halloween-themed makeup releases.
A Makeup Revolution fan just teased this skull highlighter, sure to glow up even the darkest of souls, and we need one now. After much anticipation the highlighter is now available from Ulta and we can barely contain our excitement for the ghoulish product. The highlighter is called Ghost Lights (plural!), so here's hoping there will be more than one Halloween highlighter coming to get us through the scary season.
