Long-lasting, highly pigmented cream blush tends to be expensive; a good stick can run you upwards of $30. So that's why I'm going to let you in on something I recently discovered while wandering around Walmart: Bonne Bell Blush 'N Go ($5). I purchased the Petal Pink shade on a whim, and I've been using it for two weeks now. Surprisingly, not only does it have excellent pigment payoff, but it spreads beautifully, lasting just as well as most cheek stains nearly six times its cost. To see how the shade looks on and find out what pricey products this one resembles, just keep reading.
To get this soft, natural look, I just daubed the blush on gently and then spread it with my fingers. I put a little on my lips, too, even if it's not strictly intended as a lipstick. You do have to take time blending the Blush 'N Go because it's rather opaque. However, it's easy to work with, and the color is really buildable, so you can go from almost no color to doll cheeks with just a few extra dabs.
If you're a devotee of Nars The Multiple in Riviera ($39) or adore Tarte's cheek stain in 10 ($30), I highly recommend you scope out this low-cost shade. I think you'll find it delightfully similar, and your wallet will thank you.
