Selma Blair [1] recently shaved her head with the help of a very special barber: her 7-year-old son, Arthur. The 46-year-old actress tapped Arthur to assist with her major style change, which she documented on Instagram.

"Back to my roots. 🐣 #zen barber who still says butthole whenever given an opportunity," Blair wrote in the photo's caption. "I love him."

We last saw Blair change up her hair [2] in January, when she debuted a fresh blond bob courtesy of stylist Chris McMillan. Her new buzzed look is reminiscent of a close cut she wore in 2006, although this is the first time we've seen her take the full plunge — just in time for the warm Summer weather!
