Sunsilk Is Being Discontinued in the US

The Sun Is About to Set on Sunsilk

If you're a fan of Sunsilk hair care and you live in the States, bad news: at the end of the year the brand's maker, Unilever, will discontinue it here. No word on why the brand is being pulled, but like Max Factor and Shu Uemura before it, it'll remain on shelves in most other parts of the globe. For the next three months, you'll still be able to get Sunsilk at drugstore.com and at some Walmart locations. Are you going to miss Sunsilk, or will you soldier on without it?

Well, stock up while you can. It will still be available in much of Latin America, so extreme fans could always plan their dream vacations accordingly...

I've never used it, but I've always heard awesome things. Sigh. I know how Sunsilk lovers feel. Max Factor's demise in the U.S. made me very, very sad.
