Watch "Edward Scissorhands" Cut Hair With Flair

Meet Valentino Losauro, the Florida hairstylist with claws for fingers. OK, they're not real claws, but his specially-designed cutting tools are still quite a sight to behold. "They look like very long fingernails . . . with razors on them," one patron states. Has Edward Scissorhands finally met his match? You're about to find out as Losauro, who cuts with serious flair (catch him dancing toward the end), claims that these contoured blades can actually chop (sorry) about a half hour off of a regular hair cutting service. Find out why he thinks "the claws is where it's at" below:

So interesting, lozza81. Just curious . . . Do you feel like they are safer than regular shears or razors?

I have been using the claws for 12 years They are great fun to use. With experience you learn on using them in different ways. A very unique and creative tool. Great for creating flicks and removal of bulk. You pick up new techniques all the time and you create your very own personal touch. Self teach yourself is the best for learning to use this tool.

The Clawz work in harmony with conventional tools. They create a cut that cannot be achieved with scissors alone. Among others is The Inner Cut that creates full body to the hair. See the about Clawz page here: http://theclawz.com/about_clawz.php
