30 on my face, but i have rich olive skin, used to work at a tanning store, so use that lotion bad because it does not have any SPF, but wow, gives you the most amazing tan, so natural and glowing

Its been proven that the women's products are purposely made worse than men's, even clothes, they know women will buy them and get hooked easier by the gimmicks.

I've been using 50 lately. I still get a little tan - though nothing like when I only use 15 - but I never get burned.

baby sunblock, usually about a 60 spf. I burn really easily, and i have to reapply every 20 minutes or so

In the summer (like now lol) I have a 50 spf that I rarely leave the house without putting it on. I live on the East Coast but it is still HOT and the sun BEATS down on you.

I wear as high a SPF as I can find!

SPF 45. Though, you'll hardly ever find me at the beach. I don't like the heat...I enjoy sunlight via indoors. On regular days I use SPF 15 facial moisturizer and SPF 30 on arms and legs. Freakish, I know. :)

spf 50 but i recently got a facial and the esthetician told me you really can't get actually protection above 30 spf (apparently it's a gimick?) and to be sure the label says "broad spectrum".

as high as I can find! I think I have 55 right now. The big thing I try to do regardless of the SPF I have is reapply it every few hours.

even though i'm dark, i wear an spf 45/more everyday. it prevents the scars on my face from getting darker.

I have to wear a super high SPF or else I'd burn in about 2 seconds!

I usually go for SPF 35 or above. I would love to have a golden tan, but nothing is worse than having a bad burn and ugly peeling afterwards.

15 or higher

I wear Neutrogena Dry Touch SPF 55 (for my face) an Coppertone No Rub SPF 50 (for my body). I refuse to be another victim of skin cancer. SPF 45 or higher is a MUST.

I usually go around SPF 15, but I need to up that a bit. When I was younger my mom would always slather SPF 30 or higher on me, though. I tan regardless, which is interesting.

I wear the Neutrogena SPF 45 cooling spray...if I know I'm taking my son to the park or if I'm going to the beach. Every day, as part of my makeup routine, I start off with a tinted moisturizer with SPF 15 in it.

i heard the same thing...that over 30 doesnt really make a difference...someone I know uses SPF 75...didnt even know they make that but it seems kind of pointless to me..
