Ashley Graham has earned herself a spot at the top of our best-dressed list at the 2023 Oscars [2]. Outfitted in a sheer, draped Alberta Ferretti gown, every detail of the model's look brought the drama. She paired her all-black ensemble with a sleek braided bun that felt vaguely reminiscent of a 2000s spiky updo [3], minimal, rose-toned blush and lipstick, and a sexy cat eye, but that wasn't all. On her fingertips was one of the hottest nail trends [4] of the moment: a chrome french manicure [5].
The base of Graham's nails was painted a sheer, nude color, while the tips featured a silver chrome polish. Unlike a traditional french manicure [6], the line of color was barely noticeable in keeping with the minimal nail trend [7] that's taking over Hollywood right now.
