As the french manicure continues to make its comeback among celebrities [4] and nail-art lovers alike, the singer and actress recently wore the trend with a modern, summery twist. In a recent Instagram post shared by celebrity nail artist Tom Bachik [5], Cameron is wearing a french manicure with rainbow side tips.
The side tip nail look, as we previously reported, includes straight lines drawn diagonally across the nail, from one side to the center of the tip. In other words, it's a french manicure with a sideways tip, and it can be created using neutral colors much like the classic version of the nail trend, or it can be given a colorful, rainbow spin like Cameron's.
