Jennifer Coolidge shined bright at the 2023 Time100 Gala on April 26. "The White Lotus [2]" star popped up at the event in New York City wearing a black beaded Balmain gown, sheer black gloves, and diamond chandelier earrings. Her hair was pulled into a messy, loose low bun with face-framing curtain bangs [3], which is a big departure from her typical look of a middle part with loose waves and lots of teasing at the roots.

Our eyes, however, were locked onto her "supermodel" nails [4]. Once the gloves (literally) came off, we got a good look at Coolidge's nude nails [5] with silver detailing. The press-on nail set [6], which was created by celebrity nail artist Aki Hirayama [7]. To create the design, McCullough used CND Shellac in Field Fox [8] ($16) and silver holographic glitter applied with a striping brush to the tip of each nail.

The "supermodel" nail trend, which has been worn by stars like Hailey Bieber [9], Florence Pugh, and even a few of our own editors [10], was first coined by celebrity manicurist Tom Bachik [11]. The look is categorized by a simple nude or sheer pink base color and clean nail beds.
