While Jessica Chastain was busy making the world her runway at the SAG Awards [2] last night, we were busy trying to find any and every detail [3] that we could about her sultry makeup look. The actor turned heads in a cool-toned black smoky eye — which perfectly complemented her metallic silver Dior suit, might we add — and lucky for us, her makeup artist Kristofer Buckle [4] spilled all the details about the products he used to get her ready. "For the SAG Awards, my inspiration for Jessica Chastain's look was 1970s high glamour," Buckle tells POPSUGAR. "[I went] with smoky black-rimmed eyes, a pale peach lip, and extra-thick lashes."
It turns out, Chastain loves a good TikTok foundation recommendation [5] just like the rest of us. Buckle used the Charlotte Tilbury Beautiful Skin Foundation [6] ($44) in shade four, as well as the Magic Away Concealer [7] ($32) in shade two, for her radiant complexion.
Over the last year, Charlotte Tilbury has received a ton of love on TikTok, and as a result, many of its products are consistently sold out — from the highlighter wands that had a 10,000-person-long wait list [8] to its cult-classic Pillow Talk line. And the release of the Beautiful Skin Foundation earlier this year made just as big a splash, with review videos racking up thousands of views.
