Kacey Musgraves is no longer a brunette. The "Breadwinner" singer traded her signature black-brown shade [2] for a gorgeous pastel-pink hair color [3]. Musgraves showed off her new look in an Instagram post on Nov. 24 and captioned the transformation, "don't let me blow away," with two pink flower emoji to match. Her new fairylike appearance was all for her cover of V magazine's winter issue [4], which also debuted this week.
In the behind-the-scenes selfies Musgraves shared, she tagged her hairstylist and makeup artist for the shoot, confirming that we have Giovanni Delgado [5] to thank for the new winter hairstyle inspiration. Musgraves's pastel hair incorporates different shades of light pink with darker smudged roots [6].
