Another day, another Lisa Rinna slay. While attending the Chanel Cruise 2024 Collection fashion show on May 9, Rinna was spotted with her pixie cut slicked back [2] and draped in accessories from the brand. Even with all the designer drip, there was still one part of her look that we couldn't help but salivate over: her trendy nails [3].

The reality TV star's manicure was a perfectly executed version of the milk-bath trend [4], proving neutral colors will always be in. To start, Rinna's nails were kept short and filed into a soft-square shape [5]. Then they were painted a cloudy-white shade to create that hazy finish characteristically seen with the trend, rather than a stark swipe of color. The look was finished with a glossy top coat on each finger.

Milk-bath nails are one of the most popular manicure styles to make a resurgence in recent years. Though the original iteration typically involved dried flowers embedded into acrylic, it's now most commonly seen incorporated into gel manicures, french tip designs [6], and more. Countless other celebrities like Gabrielle Union [7], Jennifer Aniston [8], and Kim Kardashian [9] have all worn their own version of milk-bath nails.
