Manicurist Eri Ishizu [6] posted close-up photos of Lizzo's manicure on her Instagram. It featured a red drip design [7] and handpainted hearts on top of a pale pink base. Ishizu dubbed the look a "spooky drip," and we get why. The red nail polish color she chose made the drip design look like the many "blood" nail art [8] looks that have been emerging this Halloween [9] season.
