Over the weekend, Madelaine Petsch started prepping for her 25th birthday on Aug. 18 by treating herself to a fun french manicure. Celebrity nail artist Tom Bachik, who boasts stars like Selena Gomez [2] and Jennifer Lopez [3] as his go-to clients, gave her an abstract negative-space nail design [4].
Petsch's birthday nails have all of the components of a great transitional summer-to-fall manicure [5]. It's a classic french nail design but with a twist — instead of white or even a single color of nail polish on the tips, she went with shapes of pastel green, blue, pink, and yellow on a clear base. (This helps the design grow out nicely [6], which is a must during this time.)
Aside from the unique hand-painted design Bachik created, we can't stop staring at Petsch's beautiful, long nail shape. She's clearly ready to celebrate her 25th birthday with that mani.
