Another year, another chance for Megan Fox [2] to absolutely annihilate any competition for the "best Halloween costume [3]" crown. The actor posted two costumes on Instagram this year — one as a nun and the other as Pamela Anderson. The latter look saw Fox wearing a sultry pink smoky eye, deep french tips [4], and, to really drive the look home, Anderson's signature blond blowout and bangs [5].

Fox's hairstyle was a spot-on re-creation of the one Anderson wore in 1995 while attending a Hard Rock Cafe party with her then-partner, Tommy Lee. The look featured loose, tousled waves and feathery Birkin-style bangs [6]. Just like Anderson, Fox's hair was a bright bleached blond with subtle brown shadow roots [7].

Anderson and Lee's relationship was thrust back into the pop culture spotlight after the premiere of Hulu's "Pam & Tommy" [8] earlier this year. Since then, countless celebrities have gone Pamela Anderson blond. In conjunction with the '90s beauty boom [9] that is currently underway, we have no doubt that the look will be trending for quite some time. Though Fox's version of the hairstyle was for a costume, Pamela Anderson blond makes the perfect cool-toned color for the fall [10].
