Set your lid with eye primer, layer a dark shade of shadow along the upper lash line, and then smudge it all over your lid. Diffuse the color with a fluffy brush and then highlight your upper lids with a lighter shade of shadow. Follow the steps on your lower lid, and you'll have a superdramatic eye. Boom.
