Noah Cyrus Has 35+ Tattoos and Counting, All With Special Meanings

Cyrus's first tattoo was a Roman numeral of the date 2-28-2006 on her collarbone. It represents the date her grandfather passed away.

Opposite of Cyrus's Roman numeral tattoo is a small black heart on her shoulder that she got in 2017. Her mom, Tish Cyrus, also has a heart on her opposite shoulder.

On her right arm, Cyrus has a matching tattoo with older brother Braison. The design is of the triforce symbol, which represents growth and harmony, with the letter B in the middle. She got it in 2017.

Cyrus and her dad, Billy Ray Cyrus, have matching tattoos on their arms that read "stand still." They got the ink in July 2017.

In August 2017, Cyrus got a matching rose tattoo on her left forearm with her then-boyfriend, Tanner Drayton.

In November 2017, Cyrus got a matching tattoo with her friend Lauren Winzer of a gravestone with a money sign on it.

On Cyrus's left wrist, two tiny tattoos can be spotted near her "LA" design. One is of "07," which she got with her childhood best friend to represent the year they met, and the other is of a smiley face with Xs as the eyes. She got the smiley tattoo in June 2018 by JonBoy and even inked the same design on him.

On her right wrist, Cyrus got a blue-colored heart to covered up the metal horn tattoo she once had.

In August 2018, Cyrus got a sad smiley face on her inner left arm. While the exact significance behind this tattoo is unknown, the singer has always been open about having depression and anxiety, and fans believe it's related to that.

Easily the hardest tattoo to spot on Cyrus is her "Reh" tattoo on her inner lip. She got this ink with her friend Lucas Machado in August 2018.
