You would need an impressively wide vibrato and legion of 30 million fans to actually pass as Lady Gaga. But to recreate her makeup? That just takes a few steps.
The multitude of beauty looks the multihyphenate star has stepped out with knows no bounds, but not one shines quite as bright as her most recent, Old Hollywood glam at the A Star Is Born premiere this week. (She even felt compelled to break down exactly what her makeup artist Sarah Tanno applied on her that night — a rarity, to be clear — because that's how much people dug it.)
Never the type to bow down to a challenge, we decided to try out the look for ourselves, using some staple items Lady Gaga actually wore plus some of our favorite new products. Check out the final result ahead — which, yes, is very ga-ga ooh, la la, indeed.
Lady Gaga — singer, performer, philanthropist, and, on this night, at the A Star is Born movie premiere, the most glamorous Hollywood movie star.
I kept my base products relatively simple. First, I used the foundation stick from Maybelline, then used the shimmer highlighter and pretty pink blush in Beauty by POPSUGAR's Trio Time Face.
Quite frankly, this is where Lady Gaga steals the show. Tanno used the glittery cream eye shadow Flashlight from Marc Jacobs, and smeared it on with her fingers
, so I followed suit. I also added a swipe of the navy blue eye shadow from Beauty by POPSUGAR's Trio Time Eye to the crease.
The final look was all pulled together with a single slick of Marc Jacob Beauty's fire-red lipstick, Oh Miley! I'll admit: I do feel like a star.
