Fall Hair Color Trend: Wheat Blond
Wheat Blond: "A fresh, wheat-colored glaze softens everything up after the Summer holidays," said Jack Howard, colorist at Paul Edmonds Salon in London, who describes the color as a warm, buttery hue with ribbons of gold painted throughout. It's the perfect transition shade as it's not too cool and not too warm, and here's the best news yet: it's a very low maintenance hue.
The color is created by adding warm, golden tones using the balayage technique (i.e. painting on highlights) throughout the entire hair and adding "money piece" highlights to frame the face.
