The Pilates Mama Natalie Garay: The Pilates Mama specializes in Cesarean Section Recovery and Pelvic Floor strengthening through Pilates and movement. She believes that rehabilitating after childbirth is imperative for mama for overall wellbeing. She was introduced to Pilates while pregnant with her twin daughters. After spending two months on bed rest, then having a c-section, her muscles were extremely atrophied. Nineteen months later, she had a second c-section, and shortly there after began training to be a Pilates instructor. Pilates was the key to regaining her muscle strength. She now specialize in c-section and pelvic floor strengthening to help mamas regain their strength to prevent future injury or ache.
