Do You Spend Time With Co-Workers Outside the Office?

No I don't hang out with co-workers and I like it that way. I've made some great friends from previous jobs. But as I get older I like to keep things a little more private. My hubby hangs out with his co-workers which is fine by me because I enjoy their company.

Nah. I prefer to keep a professional distance. I don't need anyone at work knowing what goes on in my personal life! Not that its that exciting *eyesroll*

I don't, but a lot of my coworkers go to the same church, so they hang out together. To me, that'd be a bit awkward, but some people like that sort of thing. My husband hangs out with his coworkers all the time though...they have company happy hours and keg parties and barbecues all the time.

A couple of people who are really close friends. I turn down invitations and keep my life private from the rest of my coworkers. Even being at the christmas party and company picnic with them is a trial.

i really don't.. i'm one of those people that really tries to keep my 'lives' separate. i don't know - it's interesting sometimes. at my last job, we always used to hang out and well, it kind of got ugly because one of my co-workers was considered my other half, and i couldn't get a promotion (at least my boss said) because then the other girl would feel entitled to as well. i didn't get that but now i've learned to keep things very compartmentalized.

Yes, one of the girls in my department has become a good friend of mine so we sometimes do dinner/shopping after work or something on the weekends. We also make it a point to go out to dinner with two girls from another department once a month. It's so much fun!
