I really can't make myself indispensable. The only thing that counts at my place of employment is seniority. But I try to do as much as possible with as many different things as possible to bulk up the resume.

For me I thinkits the little things that make my bosses lives run smoother that they don't even think about. Example, I've noticed who drinks what at what times and anticipate it (to bring it to their desks before they have to ask), same with messages, ordering supplies or making reservations and the like. I think the best thing you can do is anticipate their needs and plan ahead.

i'm always trying to do whatever i can to ease the stress that my boss has. i like to be busy, so i'm always taking on new projects and doing them as well as i can and making sure that our client is always being taken care of which typically seems to be the case.
