How to Volunteer While Earning a Steady Paycheck

While the Peace Corps is a one-of-a-kind program that has been known to instill positive change in its participants, not everyone is able to commit two years away from their established lives or afford to give up her paycheck. If you're someone with a big heart and prefers to give back with time rather than money, but have little room in your calendar for volunteering, then you may consider pursuing a volunteer opportunity through the company who signs your paychecks.
