Respecting Co-Workers' Privacy

Do Your Co-Workers Respect Your Privacy?

Working with colleagues every day and sharing space means we only have a certain amount of privacy at work. Whether we like it or not, co-workers will occasionally look over your shoulder to get a glimpse of your screen or paperwork. And, if the boundaries aren't built up, they might even sneak a peek in your drawers. Do you feel like your colleagues respect your privacy?

I'd say in general, yes, but there is one person who asks weird questions. Like she's a prober. It's not hard to shut her down, but she likes to randomly probe about weird stuff. Like "you like to hang out with your mom?" "yes, she's awesome", "what makes her so awesome?" - that's such a hard question to answer. she's just awesome cuz she's a great mom and good person?! She also needs to know where I buy all my clothes, always needs to know what I'm eating for lunch or snacks, and just in general likes to ask weird probing questions.
