Visiting a Career Coach

Would You Consider Visiting a Career Coach?

Sometimes it takes a little outside help to clearly see the big picture and discover our strengths and true passions, and that might mean seeking the sound advice of a professional.

Career counselors would surely offer a better assessment of the types of jobs that would be most suitable for you than, say, a color test. Would you consider visiting one if you had the funds to do so?

i just did this! after being a SAHM for a dozen years i'm thinking of going back to work. the testing and interviewing took a total of about 10 hours. the cost was $1,800. the recommendations were really helpful and insightful and my recommended career; event planner. how fun does that sound?! :woohoo: and the classes she recommended are certificate type classes, so i can pick and choose which ones i want to take and don't have to apply or be admitted; i just pay and i'm in the class i want to be in. i hope to send my girls to one BEFORE they declare a major in college. cuts right to the chase.
