These are great tips --- especially the e-mail, which both serves to express your gratitude, and gives the recipient something tangible to stick in their brag book (and ladies, make sure you have one of these folders of good reviews, thank yous, etc., to bring with you to your next review!) - just make sure the e-mail consists of more than a terse 'thanks' that clogs up her inbox!
