The MTV Movie and TV Awards went down at the Shrine Auditorium in LA on Sunday night, and as usual, the show — and red carpet — were full of wonderful and hilarious chaos. After rain and hail temporarily shut down the carpet [1] (making it impossible for some of our favorite stars to pose for photos), the show kicked off with a bang.
