Adele's good nature knows no bounds. During her concert in Manchester, England, on Tuesday night, she welcomed a young fan on stage to duet with her, but the story behind the girl's performance is one that will definitely make you smile. Twelve-year-old Emily Tammam suffers from autism, ADHD, and Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, a disorder that affects skin, joints, and blood vessels. According to an interview given by her father, Ray [1], Adele is Emily's favorite singer, so much so that she brought a sign to the concert that read, "It is my dream to sing with Adele." Ray said of the big moment, "Right at the end at the second to last song of the night, [Adele] was reading out one or two of the signs. She turned around and Emily put the lights on her sign. Adele saw it and said, 'OK, come on the stage.'"

What ensued was a heartwarming moment between Adele and Emily, in which they performed "Someone Like You" together for the crowd. Though Emily "has a constant struggle with social situations," her father admits that "she has a different persona when on stage."
