Andy Samberg hosted this Sunday's Emmy Awards in LA, and he banged out hilarious joke after hilarious joke [2]. He's clearly not afraid to cross the line, either, because at one point, he joked about that very contentious Girls scene [3] that scandalized more than a few people last season. While he was grabbing the legs of the gigantic statue on stage, he said, "Here's my impression of the last season of Girls." Then he proceeded to . . . well, motorboat the statue. Allison Williams, who participated in the scene in question (and just got married on Saturday [4]!), addressed the moment with a hilarious response [5] on Instagram: "Walked in the door, turned on the Emmys, and saw this." The thumbs up, clapping, and peach emoji that followed were a good indication that she liked the joke. Watch the hilarious clip above.
