the psychosis that follows them on a daily basis would probably cause more harm than changing schools so often. Though that doesn't seem to stable either.

personally, i dont see what the big deal is. they don't move around anymore that military kids. its just their life. hell if brangelina wanted to adopt u n take u around the world u sure as hell wouldnt complain now would u? no matter what they do, somebody is always trying to find fault. they could rid africa of aids and starvation, and it still wouldnt be good enough for some of you.

Backtoblack, you're the one who seems obsessed with this family. It's almost the only thing you ever post about here. As I've already shown, the schools are related, as both are part of the Association of the French Schools in North America since 1985. Esther and Raymond Kabbaz founded Le Lycée Français de Los Angeles in 1964, 21 years before the AFSA was created. All 37 schools in North America follow the French National Curriculum and are accredited by the French Ministry of Education. No matter how many names you call me, these facts will not change.

Hey backtoblack, that's not nice! We all have different opinions and I'm cool with that but I'm definately not cool with your dis-respectful talk.

backtoblack, May I remind you that while we sometimes disagree here, we never, ever resort to name calling.

Jillness.....good desertbanshee - perfectly said! Ginger - as usual, you're right on! I think it's fairly obvious that Brad and Angie are capable of making their own decisions regarding the size and diversity of their family and how they choose to raise their children.

I like how in Hater-ville, anyone who doesn't criticize the parenting style of the Pitt-Jolie's must be ridiculous, delusional, ill-informed, and/or blinded by their glamor. It's probably safe to say that Brad and Angelina have no more interest in parental advice from their critics than the critics have in following their parenting style.

How is Maddox going to be a rebellious teen? Get a bowl cut instead of a mowhawk?

It's funny, I was just getting annoyed that photographers are constantly capturing Angelina or Brad picking up Maddox at school every day. And I guess the kid needs socialization, but he really should be home schooled. You wonder how often teachers want to schedule a one-on-one conference after school.

Who really cares about this? The defenses people have been putting up for her are ridiculous. Those kids need a home and a real bedroom they recognize the smell of and the look of and need to know that when they set a favorite toy or keepsake somewhere that it's going to stay there and when they want it they know where to find it. The lap of luxury or living out of suitcases can't be good for any of them? No matter how much money they are making! They should work one at a time and the other stays in a central location---HOME with the kids! Photo ops on weekends! Just a thought from a mom.

I was watching what not to wear this weekend and they had a woman on there that worked for Unicef. She siad the reason why she let herself go was because she travels to 3rd world countries and sees first hand the poverty and sickness, so it makes it really hard for her to want to go out and spend money on nice clothes. Angelina used a similar excuse as to why she is so skinny lately. Which may be the truth, Id like to think she wouldnt be totally uneffected by it. But It seems that there is also something else going on...maybe shes just growing up and calming her wild ways, but it seems like all the life has been sucked out of her.

All this doom and gloom for a little boy. He's lucky so many people have his welfare at heart. But is it fair to define normal for a family we don't really know, just know of? No. It also isn't fair to impose our own past regrets about life on him either. Sad world, post as yourself next time. We can all tell who you are anyway.

Though I agree that Suri will probably end up with some pretty serious mental issues. Yeah, compared to Suri and SPF and JJ, the Jolie-Pitt kids probably do have a leg up..

Ima--Of course school and friends arent MORE important than family. But they are both equally important in their own ways. That is very niave and shallow to think that friendships and his age cant be life long. I moved around alot when I was a kid and have never been able to have a friend for more than a couple years before I had to move away. And as an adult I still find it difficult to make and keep friends. Yes, I still have my family. Im very close with my mother and my sisters, but that is not ALL a child needs. They need to be socailized, and taught how to build TRUST in people. They will never learn how to trust anyway other than their parents and siblings if they arent given the chance to make long lasting friend ships. A body gaurd or a nanny is not an acceptible form of friendship for a 5 year old (not if that is their only source of friendship, anyway) they need to be interacting with normal children and the excuse that they will not know that there is any other way to live?! Are you serious. they SHOULD know that being stable and grounded and not moving from one county to next is normal. Children cannot grow and develope they way they should if they are isolated from the real world.

They're like a traveling circus. I think if they really cared about those kids they'd pick a home town and stick to it. How many "schools" has that child been in since he started? As I'm sure any Army brat can tell you, moving around constantly is really, really traumatic - I don't care how much money your folks have.

global this global that...the kid needs stabilty albeit he has it with his parents it would be highly beneficial for him to be stable in another enviornment also. But each to their own

So you are saying that at 6 years old you need your teachers and friends more than you need your parents? You have to look at Brad and Angie's big picture (as they laid it out). Try to alternate work schedules and film as much as possible now, staying together as a family to build up the resources to be able to lay roots and back away from Hollywood by the time the kids are all Elementary school age. Then they can resurface for passion projects every few years. Sure they could leave the kids with a Nanny and/or a nanny and one paretns while another parents goes away for amonth or more to shoot on location. Many Hollywood stars do it. Or they can travel as a family, always together while the kids are young and be with their parents every single day, even while filming and do their best to find solutions for school and friends (like the Lycee school system). And in regards to children being disrupted and psychologically damaged by constantly moving. Most studies are done on older children and/or children who stay in each place longer than these kids. This is the age when friendships are easy to make and are not life long. If you were born into this lifestyle and constantly surrounded by the same loving parents, siblings close in age, nanny, even bodyguards(which the kids have shown loving behavior towards) then you have the stablilty you need and you are not aware there is another way to live. And if we are taking bets on the Hollywood baby that will need the most therapy when an adult.. than my money is on Suri!

Dont they know that children need stability? They are already live a less than normal life, the least they could do for these kids is keep them in one school for longer than a few months. They need to making friends and keeping friends now when they are young, because once they get older it will get harder and harder for them to make real friends, because everyone will want to be their friend because of who they are.

Young kids need stability! They aren't developmentally ready to be "global" until they are much older. I think Brad and Angelina are a lot more competitive than they care to admit, maybe even towards each other.

It's sad that they leave New York and Mad change his school again. But I think Angie'll never do things that may be bad for her children.
