She kept herself covered with a black shawl and floppy straw hat, but got a bit of sun when she laid out on a chaise and chatted with her bikini-clad pals. Someone who was not with Ashlee's Cabo crew was her sister, Jessica Simpson, who is staying in LA as she prepares for the arrival of her second child with fiancé Eric Johnson. Jessica and Eric grabbed lunch together in Santa Monica on Saturday while Ashlee was on her Mexican getaway. The weekend before that, Jessica Simpson attended a wedding in San Diego alongside her pregnant best friend, CaCee Cobb.
