Since Barack and Michelle Obama have shared plenty of heartwarming moments [3] throughout the years, it should come as no surprise that the president couldn't help but gush about his wife on her 53rd birthday. On Tuesday, Barack posted a cute Twitter snap of him and Michelle riding on the back of a golf cart, which appears to be from his first inauguration night in 2009, writing, "To the girl from the South Side who took on a role she didn't ask for and made it her own: Happy Birthday, Michelle. I love you." Barack's touching tribute comes a week after he delivered his farewell address [4], in which he called Michelle a "role model" and gave his daughters, Sasha and Malia, a sweet shout-out [5], saying, "Of all that I have done in my life, I'm most proud to be your dad." It's been a wonderful eight years [6] and we're definitely going to miss these two.
