Barack Obama Has Increased His Cool Factor Yet Again

President Barack Obama gave us another example of his epic charisma during a stop at the Franklin Barbecue restaurant in Austin, TX, last week. After giving a speech at The Paramount Theatre, the commander in chief stopped to pick up some food for his travel party; not only did he pay for meals for the customers he cut in front of — about $300 total — but he also had a truly heartwarming encounter with Daniel Rugg Webb, the 32-year-old restaurant worker who later said it was "a lucky day to be the register girl."

When the president approached the checkout counter, Daniel, who is also a comedian and musician, slapped the counter and shouted, "Equal rights for gay people!" Obama asked him, "Are you gay?", to which Daniel replied, "Only when I have sex." The president let out a laugh, offered up his fist, and said, "Bump me." Daniel and Obama shared a fist-bump, and the moment was captured in a photo by onlookers, quickly going viral on social media. Of his time with Obama, Daniel told BuzzFeed, "As a comedian, it was cool to have a moment where I was making a sitting president laugh — over something that might be considered inappropriate is a bonus."Source: Twitter user dougmillsnyt
